From Insight to Impact: Building Neuroinclusive Organisations

From Insight to Impact: Building Neuroinclusive Organisations
Wednesday 25th March, 12pm–12.45pm

In recognition of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we’re moving beyond awareness and focusing on practical action.

This session explores how organisations can design neuroinclusive workplaces that work for all employees — from the first stage of recruitment through onboarding, day-to-day team practices and long-term career progression. We’ll look at how inclusion becomes meaningful when it is embedded into systems and processes, not treated as a standalone initiative.

We’re delighted to be joined by Florence Weber-Zuanigh, neurodiversity and inclusion specialist, facilitator and certified coach (CPCC, ICF ACC). Florence helps organisations translate inclusion principles into practical strategies that improve employee experience, engagement and performance.

In this webinar we will cover:

  •  How to build neuroinclusive recruitment and onboarding processes that attract and support diverse talent
  •  Practical design principles for workplace systems that reduce unnecessary barriers
  •  Ways to equip managers and leaders with tools to support neurodiverse team members effectively
  •  How neuroinclusion contributes to stronger performance, innovation and organisational culture
  •  Steps to turn strategy into measurable, organisation-wide impact

This session is ideal for leaders, managers and HR professionals who want practical guidance on embedding neuroinclusion as a core organisational capability — not just a policy or awareness initiative.
