Zeeland is shaped by the sea, agriculture, and a rich food culture. Local fish, crops, and craftsmanship define the region’s identity, yet many of these products never truly reach tourists. Zeeland-based organisation Local Smakelaars aims to change this by making local food chains successful within the recreational sector.
