With over 20 years of experience at global leaders such as L’Oréal, Intercos, Dolce & Gabbana etc., Karen led the Regulatory and Quality teams ensuring product integrity across international markets.  She holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Bristol coupled with 15 publications in scientific journals.  Having lived in seven countries and worked across all global markets, Karen speaks English, Italian, and French fluently—skills that underscore her adaptability and flexibility.
