Cyber warfare: Faster, cheaper, efficient & bloodless!
Conventional warfare is obsolete. It is massively expensive, requires years of preparations and brutal images certainly don’t look good on your tv. In this session, a new warfare domain will be presented. Cyber warfare, as its name suggests, refers to the use of technology to attack a nation's computers or information networks, causing comparable harm to actual warfare - be it damage, death or destruction. With the help of real-world use cases, we shall explore how cyber attacks can be used in inter-state cyber conflicts, as elements of information operations, and as a tool against dissidents within a state.
