In addition to being director of The Spiegel Academy, Deborah is author of "Music Activities & More for Teaching DBT Skills and Enhancing Any Therapy" and a new book "Creative DBT Activities Using Music: Interventions for Enhancing Engagement and Effectiveness in Therapy" which came out with Jessica Kingsley on March 19, 2020.
