Marlett Balmer has more than 29 years of experience in the South African energy sector as project manager, researcher, project implementer and fieldworker. Currently she is focused on building a green hydrogen economy in South Africa, in collaboration with public and private sector role-players.

​​​​​​​Claudia Knobloch brings over 23 years of experience in the private sector, supporting startups and companies in developing impact-driven business models and strengthening ecosystems. With a focus on the energy and transport sectors, she has dedicated more than 15 years to working on the African continent. Since 2022, she has been leading a project in Kenya, Namibia, and South Africa, exploring opportunities for local innovators and startups.

Marc Cawood Dunnink has an innate curiosity for finding new and better ways of doing things that ultimately enable markets, ecosystems and economies to better serve the people that exist in them. Across the African continent, he has supported governments , private sector actors, NGOs, funds, and development agencies in strategic direction setting and designing and implementing impactful programmes.
