Emma Sadleir is South Africa’s leading expert on social media law. She founded the Digital Law Company in  2014, specialising in educating and advising corporates, employees, schools, parents, teachers, and universities on the legal, disciplinary and reputational risks of social media.

She also teaches media law to journalists and lawyers and lectures personal reputation management on various MBA programmes. Emma is a regular commentator on radio and television. She is the co-author of Don't Film Yourself Having Sex... And Other Legal Advice For The Age of Social Media and Selfies, Sexts and Smartphones: A Teenager’s Online Survival Guide and the co-author of the social media section of the legal textbook, “Communications Law”, published by Lexis Nexus in January 2015.

James McCormack, Corporate Advisor and Vumacam shareholder, has extensive corporate experience in the Information Communication and Technology sector at COO or CEO level across multiple jurisdictions in Africa and the Middle East. He has founded, led and successfully exited several startups in the property and ICT sectors. Currently the Chairman of Imfezeko Investment Holdings and CEO of Rise Telecoms, James’s previous positions include CEO of  Commco Holdings, Founder and CEO of Tall Trees,  COO of Dimension Data (Emerging Africa, and Middle East regions)  and the Founder and MD of Bradford McCormack & Associates.
