Her 20-year career spans all manner of talent and branding communications as a client partner for several high profile agencies across the talent attraction, engagement, early careers and employer branding sector. Sarah now works with employers including NatWest Group, Cognizant, Fidelity and Police Now to set their graduates, interns and apprentices up for success, and create inclusive onboarding experiences for all.
Victoria Rowland: Early Careers/Pride Network UKI Lead - Sage
Victoria is an Early Careers Specialist, responsible for overseeing the engagement, attraction, strategy, development and diversity hiring of Apprentices, Graduates and Interns for Sage UK. Victoria holds a number of accolades, including: British LGBT Awards 2022- Top Ten Business Ally An advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and leads Sage’s LGBTQ+ network ‘Pride at Sage’ for the UK.
