Join our first guest speaker, Julie Regairaz, founder of STEAM & Curious in the digital skills development space, as we discuss the challenges and opportunities experienced by professional women in IT. Julie will discuss her own career, spanning 15 years’ experience in new tech companies across Europe and USA. This event will also highlight varied aspects of IT careers. This is an opportunity to learn, engage and to share knowledge.

Julie Regairaz
Julie Regairaz has recently founded STEAM & Curious in the digital skills development space, following her passion for inclusion and young talent development. Since Julie first met girls and young women talent from South Africa in 2014 as part of the first Intel She Will Connect team, she has been working on launching impactful programs that harness digital savviness and empower youth with future ready skills to help reduce the gap in Sub-Saharan African countries. Born and raised in France, Julie started her telco engineering career as an embedded system developer at Motorola in Chicago, USA. She grew into technical leader roles in wireless connectivity technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC) and software product management while working on developing Android phones, tablets, glasses and smartwatches with big tech companies such as Intel and Google. After leading Digital Transformation and Innovation for a large construction group, she currently coaches startups and corporates in their digital transformation and innovation strategies.
