Purpose of the Conference

The purpose of the conference is to bring together stakeholders to share information/knowledge and discuss career management as a strategy to improve collaboration between the public and private sector to increase employability of the youth and thereby sustaining livelihoods.

Towards this end, the conference will additionally promote collaborative engagement between stakeholders to leverage resources and opportunities.

In line with the recommendations from the 2018 conference, the 2020 conference will focus on employability, integrating career services into curricula and careers in a now changed and continually changing world.
