About The Webinar

The Judicial Commission of Inquiry Into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State (Commission), which is chaired by Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, was established in 2018. The Commission now has until 31 December 2021 to hand over its final report to President Cyril Ramaphosa.

The Democracy Development Program (DDP) in partnership with the Mail & Guardian invites you to join us as we discuss the state of capture and how to ensure justice will prevail.

- Potential findings that the Commission could refer to as the Commission comes to a         close.
- Role of the SA criminal justice system and how it should respond.

- Current legislative framework and the changes needed to ensure whistleblowers of         corrupt activities are protected.
