We have brought together two incredible women who are both mums, and both have incredible depth of experience in the world of finance, to talk about how to navigate the financial side of motherhood.

Nicole Bell has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, and also has 2 children of her own (aged 11 and 12). Erika Jonsson is Head of Marketing at Six Park, one of Australia's leading online investment managers and is a mother of two boys aged 9 and 6.

Paridhi Jain is the founder of financial education company, SkilledSmart which creates courses, content and community around topics of money and finance. Paridhi became passionate about financial education after working with financially distressed Australians and seeing close-up the impacts of a poor financial foundation. Prior to starting SkilledSmart, Paridhi worked as a management consultant at global advisory firm, Ernst & Young. 

Erika Jonsson is Head of Marketing at Six Park, one of Australia's leading online investment managers. Erika began her career in journalism and politics and moved into corporate communications after becoming a mum. Erika was a finalist in both the 2019 and 2020 Women in Finance Awards marketing category and writes a regular Q and A series featuring women who work in finance, as a way of helping more women build financial confidence.  She is passionate about making investment more accessible, especially for women, after being transformed by her experience becoming an investor for the first time. Erika's a mother of two boys aged 9 and 6 (who are currently home full-time during Victoria's stage 4 restrictions) who, outside work and family, is an avid reader and runner.

Nicole Bell's career in Financial Services has spanned 18 years and counting. After completing a degree in Mathematics Nicole began her career in the retail banking space, primarily as a Branch Manager, but after becoming a parent has moved into roles including investment analyst, associate advisor, and has ultimately found her calling as a Financial Planner. As a mother of two children, aged 11 and 12, she has keen insight into the challenges that face both women and new parents in building a financial future, and has become a passionate advocate for empowering through education and accessibility. Outside of work Nicole is a keen fiction reader, plays the piano (very badly), and loves to bushwalk with her family.
