Yin yoga is slow-paced practice of letting go. Yin calms the mind and nervous system, stretches the joints and connective tissues. The practice enables you to turn inward, focusing on the breath and stillness within. Beginners to very experienced yogis will find yin yoga a wonderful addition to daily life as we tend to live in a more Yang lifestyle.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. Reiki Distant Healing, while you are in deep relaxation, I will send you distant Reiki healing to complete the class.
These three techniques combined in a class will provide you with total relaxation to help you have the best sleep of your life and to feel the benefits of Reiki Healing.
