Meditation - Celebrating World Meditation Day
Discover the power of meditation and how it can support you to start your day off in a calm and peaceful way. Join Patricia and Catherine to celebrate World Meditation Day where we will focus inward to increase calmness, concentration, and emotional balance. We will finish the day off with a 20-minute guided meditation to pause, to let go of the day, unwind your mind and create a space for calm and peace. All are welcome and no experience is necessary.
