The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought about new levels of uncertainty amidst fear and anxiety globally.
Mindfulness is a practice where we intentionally pay close attention to the present moment in an accepting, non-judgmental way. Research has shown it is also a reliable method for reducing stress and anxiety whilst improving emotional intelligence, including at work.
Most of the time, our minds are wandering —thinking about the future, dwelling on the past, worrying, fantasizing, fretting, or daydreaming. Mindfulness brings us back to the present moment and gives us the tools we need to be less stressed, calmer, and kinder to ourselves and others.
These sessions offer the audience in the moment experience of various Mindfulness techniques.
