GSA's $60B+ Multiple Award IDIQ OASIS Plus is finally out and with the release of the Full RFP, the clock is now ticking!
This 10-year contract is a major opportunity for small and large businesses in the Facilities Services field. There are no limitations to the number of awards under facilities services, as long as you have the minimum score.
Facilities Services under OASIS+ includes all trades such as custodial/janitorial, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, communication, engineering, operation and maintenance, HVAC, roofing, waste management, physical security, and almost all tasks related to facilities except the full construction of a facility.

OASIS Plus is a self-scoring submission, and as such, you need to understand the scoring system, how to substantiate your scoring and submit properly.
