Getting Better Sleep
Sleep, rest, and restoration are different things but all too often we compromise on one of them in our lives. But they are fundamentally essential to our wellbeing. Without sleep we start to genuinely impact on our ability to function practically, intellectually, and emotionally. And our wellness is significantly reduced. Without rest or restoration our general wellness is quickly eroded. In our modern world we are so often taught to just keep going, and get things done, very few of us are taught how to properly sleep, rest, and restore. This workshop will equip attendees with the information required to maximise the benefits of these three habits in their lives.
The Sleep, Rest and Restoration workshop will include the following:
1. Brief understanding of the importance of sleep, rest, and restoration
2. Practical information on how to improve quality and quantity of sleep with proper sleep hygiene.
3. Practical guidelines on building rest and restoration into your life.
4. A live relaxation exercise.
Employees who attend this workshop will have the opportunity to be taken through a relaxation exercise that they can use in their own lives. They will also be equipped to better sleep, rest and restore and will understand why it is so fundamentally important to properly do this.
