Connectivity Issues. If you experience problems with your connection, audio or video, please click the RECONNECT button found on top of your screen. If it does not work, please close the browser and enter the webinar again through the link sent to your email.
Connectivity Issues. In order to fully appreciate the webinar, please make sure that your internet connection is strong enough to handle WebinarJam's bandwidth. Certificates. You need to answer the QUIZ and get 80% of the total score to receive a Certificate of Participation for this webinar. Otherwise, a link to the evaluation and a webinar code will be sent to your email for you to receive a Certificate of Attendance. The link to the quiz will be sent to the email address you used during the registration and only to those who actually attended the webinar.
Post-webinar notifications. If you entered a correct and valid email address, you will receive post-webinar notification which may contain the following: (1) Participants who actually attended the webinar will receive the link to the quiz, and (2) those who registered for the webinar and failed to attend will receive a failure notice along with the links to the replay.
