The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued the RFP for the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (ProTech) 2.0 Oceans Domain. The ProTech 2.0 Oceans Domain is a Multiple Award IDIQ, total small business set-aside solicitation. A total of 25 awards are expected to be issued.

The proposal system is a hybrid self-scoring system designed to score the bidders by their breath and depth of experience. A price volume in which ceiling values for some LCATs are required is also included.
