Our first webinar in this series will be ‘IPM in Agriculture’ and has been produced in collaboration with the Voluntary Initiative and the NFU. Completing an IPM plan not only helps us to improve sustainable practices and reduce reliance on pesticides but also ensures that opportunities to improve productivity are not missed.  In some cases, it is also necessary for compliance with farm assurance schemes.
IPM is a whole farm approach to pest management and Neal Evans, Operations Director at the VI and Chris Hartfield, Senior Regulatory Affairs Adviser at the NFU will explain why IPM is increasingly important and how we should be monitoring and tracking this on farm.
