Terril Teran Mire
Terril spent eighteen years as an aerial performance artist, walking on stilts and dangling from the ceiling on many different aerial apparatus. Over the last decade she has been a teacher of various forms of fitness. Terril is a graduate of Balanced Body University’s Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program, Yoga Alliance registered RYT200, Advanced Certified Pilates Suspension Method Instructor and a lifelong student of movement. She currently runs her Virtual Pilates Studio ‘Aerial Terril Fitness’ where she teaches private lessons and classes in Aerial Fitness, Pilates Suspension Method and Osteoporosis Safe Pilates online. She became an American Bone Health Peer Educator to share her passion of bone health with her community and others.
