An IITPSA Special Interest Group webinar 22 April 2021
To increase our competitive value proposition as an international commercial destination, South African businesses need to rapidly increase the automation of their back and front office operations. The introduction of smart automation technology platforms such as Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation offers a unique opportunity to achieve this goal. But it also introduces fundamental challenges around likely job losses and the reskilling of large teams.
How should business leaders approach smart automation, given the balancing act between an increasingly competitive landscape and the retention and training of their workforce?
Join us for a special IITPSA event where Johan Steyn, IITPSA Chair: Special Interest Group – AI & Robotics, will discuss the practical steps to smart automation with Zanele May and Atenkosi Ngubevana - two local market leaders who have been in the trenches of corporate automation initiatives.
