Ethics and Challenging Clients

Everyone has experienced that client – the one who, because of personality conflicts, current stressors, or presenting issues evokes a strong feeling from you on both a clinical and personal level. This interactive training aims to discuss some of the challenging issues clients bring to their sessions, to understand the etiology and your resulting countertransference reactions, to consider the ethical implications, and identify strategies to use in your work.

Cost: $50

This course meets the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners Ethics Requirement and has been approved for 3.0 Category I CEUs (social workers) and is 3.0 Category A CEUs (counselors).
