Bringing Nature-Based Practice into our Education & Health Services
With Marina Robb, Jon Cree & Kate Macairt

About The Webinar

Come and join us in exploring why right now is the time for education and health to incorporate nature learning and practice into our educational and health services.

The jury is in: immersing ourselves in the natural environment is crucial to our health and wellbeing, yet our modern living and sedentary lifestyles have separated us from the natural world.

Marina, Kate and Jon, all leading practitioners in this multidisciplinary field, will combine their expertise in working alongside nature for learning and well-being and present core elements of practice and theory during this presentation.  This launches a pioneering and much needed training, 'Nature-based Practice Training for Health and Education,' the first of its kind in the UK.

Educators, health practitioners and allied professionals, social, family, youth workers, occupational therapists and outdoor practitioners, are all welcome to attend.

Nature-based Training for Health and Education:
Imagine professionals within the education and mental healthcare sectors, working together with the power of nature to improve learning, health and wellbeing outcomes for their clients.  Children, young people and their families, discovering their latent nature connection and developing their skills to draw upon this freely available hyperlocal resource, to improve learning outcomes, build their self awareness, core resilience and support their well-being throughout their lives.  Our training is cost-effective, replicable, co-produced and scalable approach that both challenges and enriches existing practice.
