Isaac Mophatlane
Isaac is the co-founder, shareholder and a director of the Randvest Group. The company’s core focus is leveraged acquisitions and strategic investments in predominantly technology companies. Isaac was also a co-founder of BCX, one of Africa’s leading technology companies, and currently serves as an independent NED of CrossFin Technologies and Exxaro Resources. He is Chairman of Bothomed, which is currently a shareholder with the PIC in the listed Dischem Pharmacies Limited. He is also a member of the Black Management Forum, the Electronics Industries Federation of South Africa, the Black Information Technology Forum and non-executive deputy chairman of the Catholic Education Investment Company.
Ravick van der Merwe
Managing Director: Shimazu. Ravick is a technology lawyer with a wealth of experience in advising businesses, from start-up to IPO, on value creation, strategic transactions and systemisation. As an entrepreneur, Ravick predominantly ventures into Alternative Professional Services, Legaltech and risk products. He holds LLB, LLM (IP), ITIL, RE1 and RE5 qualifications and is an admitted attorney.

IITPSA Gauteng Chapter Chair. Dickson Willie is the IITPSA Gauteng Chapter Chair, and CEO of development company, Tsogolo Technologies, which won the Best Incubated Solution Award at the 2020 MTN Business App of the Year awards.
