Business Relationship Management for IT Professionals: an IITPSA Western Cape Chapter event - 18 March 2021
Discover how Business Relationship Management improves the IT function!
Did you know that Business Relationship Management (BRM) is not a science reserved for professionals such as BRMs, Business Partners or account managers?
In reality, all IT professionals perform business relationship management to some degree. As IT professionals, we must interact with others to get the job done. When our relationships with our colleagues or user community are strained, it makes our jobs so much harder.
On the other hand, when business relationships are strong, your user community values your services more, and is more understanding about IT challenges.
Attend this webinar to learn:
• How to strengthen the relationships between IT, business and other stakeholders
• How dedicated BRMs help improve relationship maturity
• How these improved relationships add genuine value for the organisation at an operational and strategic level
• And - if you are really interested in the BRM field - how can you engage with it more, perhaps even become a BRM yourself?
