Self-Talk & Compassion during Times of Uncertainty & Stress
We are often our worst critics, and many people are experiencing negative self-talk and feedback from their inner critics as they attempt to cope with the stress of COVID-19. In this training, attendees will learn the benefits of self-compassion, identify ways to practice self-talk as a way to change perspective, and set goals for self-care and coping.
