Nick Preskey, Head of Inward Investment, Locate Isle of Man
Nick has over 30 years’ experience in International Finance most of which has been spent at a senior management level and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. In his role as Inward Investment for Locate Isle of Man, he provides valuable information about relocating to the Isle of Man and how this could benefit you, your family and company. Additionally, he collaborates with HNWI, entrepreneurs, businesses, C-Suite Executives and skilled worked to understand the Isle of man, its advantages and how to relocate to the Island.
Oliver Helfrich, Director, Long and Humphrey Advocates
Before joining L&H in 2012, Oliver worked for 5 years as a civil advocate within H.M. Attorney General’s Chambers where, amongst other roles, he acted as principal legal counsel to the Island’s Immigration Service. Oliver is a Director of L&H and, as one of the Island’s longest serving immigration legal practitioners, is a lead member in its Relocation and Immigration Services Department. Oliver and L&H have advised and successfully assisted many businesses and individuals in relation to their employment, investment and business visa requirements and applications.

Paul Hotchkiss, Managing Director, Hotchkiss Associates Ltd
Paul is a former Tax Partner in KPMG and was historically involved in a wide variety of industries and companies, including boutique tax service providers, trust companies, manufacturing and shipping. He has gained a significant amount of commercial experience, which he brings to the provision of any advice provided. He is currently appointed as an Isle of Man Income Tax Commissioner. Paul directs a very busy tax practice that deals with tax advice to funds, international businesses and executives, VAT and transfer pricing amongst many other matters.
