The Department of Homeland Security, Strategic Programs Division will be issueing the RFP for Program Management, Administration, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) III, which is a set aside only for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), and 8(a) businesses.
