Perfectionism, Anxiety, & Lowering the Bar

Particularly in this unprecedented time of change and uncertainty, individuals can benefit from giving themselves a break and lowering the standards to which they are holding themselves. In this training, attendees will discuss the dangers of perfectionism, the relationship between anxiety, stress, and depression, the benefits of valuing processes versus outcomes, and ways to set realistic goals for ourselves.
