Using effective tools to build valued roles

Valued roles are critical for enhancing our lives.

Valued social roles
     -   bring us into contact with other people
     -   enable participation
     -   help us grow and learn, and
     -   provide a secure sense of identity.

But how are roles acquired? And what can supporters do to assist people who need support to get valued roles?

Join John Armstrong to learn about
     -   the nature of roles
     -   the five features necessary for communicating clear role expectations.
