About The Webinar
Behaviour is communication.
This Webinar will explore how we can support children’s mental health and well-being through simple nature-based activities, in particular through our senses – and there are more than 5!

We will touch on basic neuroscience and the Polyvagal theory that builds an understanding of body-based strategies to self-regulation and well-being.
