Welcome to the second in our series of conversations with the authors of the book “I Didn’t Become Selfish, I Became Harder to Manipulate”.

Sara Jane & Scott are joined by Jos Smeets (Yosiji) & Peiming Sun (Sunny). Expanding on what they shared in the book, they will be talking about:

     * The Ego  

The ego as in: I Am. A sound awareness of "my value" as a person vs. the ego run rampant.

Egotistical vs. secure within your own sense of self, not requiring to prove anything but willing to share your wisdom and support without need for acknowledgement and praise.

Open minded and non-judgemental vs Closed minded, dictatorial.

     * Lower Self & Higher Self

Our true human nature (or other referred to as the Higher Self) is Not separate from the one we call Ego or lower self.

If we cannot accept and embrace all aspects of Self, then we will only live in the Maya (The Great Illusion) and constantly seek external labels for who/what we are.

They share their perspectives and daily practices that can help boost self-confidence and self-worthiness with ease.
