Our speakers at this webinar are:

  • Caroline Drummond - LEAF Chief Executive

I have been running LEAF since the beginning, 30 years ago. I am passionate about working with the Board, our team, members and farmers in delivering positive change on farm. The environment and farming go hand in hand and LEAF’s focus remains true to its core values and ambitions in transforming farming and food systems. As LEAF grows I still love how our work provides the catalyst for discussion, adaption, experimentation and change.

  • James Loder-Symonds - LEAF Demonstration Farmer

James Loder-Symonds, alongside his partner Emma,  runs Nonington Farms, a 400 acre arable farm in Kent which also contract farms over 3000 acres. The core values of Nonington Farms are Learn, Grow, Protect, all of which are underpinned by the principles of Integrated Farm Management.

  • Carl Edwards - LEAF Director of Education and Public Engagement

Coming from the education sector, I am passionate about engaging with our future generations and communicating effectively with our wider society. Through experiential learning with a fact-based approach, it gives people the opportunity to understand what our industry does to provide sustainable and nutritious food and allows them to make informed decisions that benefit them and our planet.
