How can we deal effectively with all the challenges we are currently facing? Can our problems, obstacles, fears and frustrations themselves be fuel for our growth and development?
Buddha teaches that in order to change our world, first we have to change our minds.
By training in meditation we can let go of the tension and frustration which causes us so much mental pain. We will then discover a deep source of peace and happiness within our own mind.
