Free Performance Thinking® Webinar – August 13 – 12 PM Pacific Time
Building and Supporting a Community of Practice
For more than 15 years, Insperity – the HR Solutions Company – has been certifying Performance Thinking® Practitioners, both internal Performance Consultants and Performance Specialists who serve their client organizations. With well over 100 having gone through the program, a Community of Practice has grown and evolved over the years.
In this webinar, we talk with Sara Anderson, Senior Performance Consultant at Insperity, about her company's Performance Thinking® Community of Practice, how it has evolved and what the organization does to enable its members to learn with and from each other.
Why Performance Thinking®?
Bob Reticker, who brought Performance Thinking into Insperity, was already an experienced and skilled performance professional. What was it then about Performance Thinking, and what is it now that led Insperity to support this approach?
Evolution of Insperity's Community of Practice
As numbers have grown, how has the community evolved, how does it serve its members and the organization as a whole, and what has the Company done to support and sustain it?
Challenges and Opportunities
Building a Community of Practice faces challenges, and opens up opportunities. What have been some challenges and oportunities at Insperity, and how have those played out over the years? What can we learn about sustaining ANY CoP?
Future Directions
15 years is a long time in any organization! What are some of the ideas and strategies that have emerged for strengthening and extending this Community of Practice in the future? Where can it go from here?
