About Great Quest Gold Ltd.
Great Quest Gold Ltd. (TSX.V: GQ | FRA: GQM) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on exploring and developing gold projects in Africa.
The Company’s flagship asset is the Damara Gold Project in Namibia, which includes the Khorixas, Omatjete, and Outjo projects, covering over 300,000 hectares, and includes:
Khorixas Gold project (169,000ha)
- This region is known for its prolific gold deposits, with major exploration targets including Belmont, K17, and K15.
- Over 30,000 grab samples collected across the concession.
- Highest grab sample recorded at 49.9 g/t of Au.
- At the K-17 target area, mineralization is associated with Au, Cu, Ag, Bi, U, with peak grab samples yielding 21 g/t Au, 16.25% Cu, and 37.8 g/t Ag.
Omatjete Gold Project (93,000ha)
- Adjacent to Kokaseb Au deposit and Xingeng Li mine.
- Numerous visible LCT Pegmatites observed on the project, indicating gold and lithium potential.
Outjo Gold Project (46,000ha)
- Represents a greenfield's opportunity with no historical exploration on the Kuiseb formation.
- The geology of the Outjo basin is consistent with other known basins that have hosted major gold deposits in Namibia.
Potential Catalysts
- Drilling Belmont
- Drilling Omatjete
- Geophysics and Surface Sampling at K17
