ABOUT ASHLEY LOMAX
Ashley Lomax is a Maryland native, with over 16 years in the entertainment industry, in various aspects. Ashley has been a local Singer- Songwriter  for over 13 years.  She has worked within the music touring world, for over 13 years. Starting out doing local work, to working for Live Nation as a VIP touring representative for artists such as, Janet Jackson, Slipknot, Kanye West, Chris Brown, Stone Sour. and many more. Ashley has been a production assistant for Cher and her Washington D.C. Residency. She also stepped back into VIP, working on the Cardi B tour in 2019.  As a Hospitality coordinator for artists such as Chris Brown & BIG 3 Basketball. In the past year, she began her path into tour management, by working with a newer artist, Dominic Fike, on his domestic and international tour.  Over the years, Ashley has had interest in podcasting and music critic work. She created “The Ashley Alexander Show” on Soundcloud. Recently, She created “The Ashley Alexander Channel” on Youtube. She has been doing interviews with touring professionals and artists. She also creates album reviews.  In fall 2020,  Ashley worked at the Biden HQ in Wilmington, Delaware as a local production assistant.

ABOUT SALINDA WALKER
In a career spanning 30+ years in live events Salinda Walker has produced concerts, festivals, cruises, theatrical performances, award shows and corporate conferences. The ability to take a client’s vision from abstract to fruition is a special talent possessed and appreciated in this dynamic professional. Starting her career as an Audio Technician in the major entertainment market of Chicago, IL and furthering her skills in Production Management throughout international spaces has afforded her the chance to see the world and make the impossible happen at every level. 
Ms. Walker has worked with the teams of some of the most successful Artists in history and is widely respected as a consummate professional across the industry. She operates in excellence and seeks to create order in the chaos that is live events.


ABOUT TASHA MCGAHEE-SHANGVI
At a very youthful 35, Tasha specializes in project and people management with expertise in global live entertainment production. While studying at the University of Florida, Tasha worked in a multi-purpose collegiate arena, The Stephen C. O’Connell Center, for 7 years. She then landed her dream job in 2012 as a Tour Manager with Creative Production Partners. She moved to Brooklyn, traveled the world with artists such as Ne-Yo, Rick Ross, Prince Royce, Anuel AA and Cardi B, handled advance logistics for CPP’s roster of clients, including Ciara, TLC, BoyzIIMen, and The Jacksons, as well as produced live event performances for Derek Jeter’s Turn2 Foundation and The Vanity Group.

Tasha’s ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-lingual, international environment gives her a unique aerial view of long-term planning, optimization, and managing remote teams. Moreover, Tasha brings an arsenal of skills to her work including fluency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, her special Libran energy, her love of music, efficiency and great communication. She believes good business is in the details and she considers the job of making art happen to be an important one. 

Tasha is currently based in Delray Beach, FL. When she’s not on the road you may find Tash moonlighting as a project manager or producer, acting as a resident fixer, indulging as a food enthusiast, living her best sun-kissed Salt Cart Life, and relishing every moment as a proud Auntie, Godmother, Daughter, Sister, Partner, Mentor and Chihuahua Mom.


ABOUT TINA FARRIS
Since being invited to join the touring family of the Legendary Roots Crew back in 1999, Tina hasn’t looked back, amassing a client list that has included some of mu-sic’s hottest acts including Chris Rock, Lil Wayne, Queen Latifah,  Jill Scott, Maxwell, Nicki Minaj, Solange, Ella Mai and Anderson Paak just to name a few. A quick look at some of the most successful tours in the past six years would reveal that Farris was at the helm of many of them.  The force that is Tina Farris managed the highest grossing tour in the history of Hip Hop, Lil’ Wayne’s AMERICA’S MOST WANTED TOUR. The following year, she hit the road with The Black Eyed Peas, guiding the group through 15 countries, 76 cities and 99 sold out shows before 1.3 million attendees, grossing more than $86 million dollars along the way. She rejoined Lil’ Wayne when he and Nicki Minaj headed out on the I AM STILL MUSIC TOUR – then broke from Wayne to build Nicki Minaj’s solo touring career. Following this success, she used her masterful skills to guide the elusive D’Angelo during his critically-acclaimed comeback run in Europe and the United States. In 2018 she led the Chris Rock Total Black Out tour selling 500,000 tickets worldwide.  She is also a producer of Queensfest, ESPN Live Nation Women's, Global Citizen South Africa, and The Roots’ annual GRAMMY Jam (which has amassed a cult-following.) This is a night of who’s who clamoring for a single show ticket and has been heralded as the must-attend event during Grammy week! From Steve Lacy to Solange...Tina leaves no talent untouched. There is none other like Farris. Dave Chappelle’s “Artist Whisperer” is a tour de force and was recent-ly, rightly chosen...as one of  Pollstar's Top Tour Managers of 2019. “I build perfor-mances.  That’s what I do.”

What’s next?  Tina has pivoted into a full time digital production since the onset of Covid-19.  Roots digital Picnic, Black Star Live! and Planet Afropunk are just a few of the events she’s produced in 2020.
