Brooklyn Boyars
With over 20 years working full time and freelancing in pro-sports and live events, Brooklyn has served in roles ranging from executive producer, to production designer, show caller, director, stage manager, and event manager for marquee games and events around the country and the world.  Through 2019, Brooklyn had spent the previous 12 years at AEG Sports culminating in the role of Senior Director, Game Presentation & Events—overseeing the entertainment experience for the LA Kings and AEG’s various other sports properties.  She has been part of 3 NHL Championships (LA Kings & Anaheim Ducks) 2 MLS Championships (LA Galaxy), 60+ playoff games in the NHL, MLS and MLB, and marquee events around the world including the Olympics, MLB & NHL All-Star festivities, the inaugural 2017 NHL China games, 2 NHL Stadium Series outdoor games, and much more.  She has led the design and production of many notable theatrical effects, including the largest permanent laser installation in a North American sports arena, the only permanent “snow” installation in an NHL venue, and design of one of the largest lighting rigs in pro sports.

Barbara Brennan
Barbara’s career in entertainment technical services began by working in the family business, Cinema Services of Las Vegas.  She learned the business from the ground up as Cinema Services was the main supplier of theatrical and television lighting equipment for the Las Vegas area. The company rented gear to all the Vegas hotel showrooms as well as providing equipment for numerous TV productions including “Let’s Make a Deal”, “The Merv Griffin Show”, and the “The Jerry Lewis Telethon”.

Cinema Services became heavily involved in sports lighting supplying all the major networks as well as HBO and Showtime for events ranging from billiards to boxing.  In addition, CSLV supplied lighting packages for field of play and stand-ups for both the 1984 Olympics in Los Angles and the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.  After Cinema Services was sold, Barbara worked as an LD for networks and production companies on numerous varied projects.  She has had the pleasure of lighting Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II.  She was employed by ABC Sports as Lighting Director for Championship Figure Skating for eleven years and worked with Just Lighting for NBC Sports on the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

Barbara is a recipient of two Regional Emmy Awards for Sport Location Lighting.  She was Director of Production Services for Wynn Resorts and Western Regional Manager for Systems Integration at PRG.  Barbara now works as Senior Account Executive for the System Integration Department at 4 Wall Entertainment in Las Vegas.
