Join any or all of our DBT Skills Classes each week.
Learn DBT Skills to enhance your emotional wellbeing.
Learn the four modules of DBT Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation. We cycle through the modules and it takes approximately six-seven months to complete all modules. We recommend repeating at least one time!
