Can we Stay in the Flow like a Pro?

In this interactive webinar World Champion Baseball Coach Brian Farley gives you the answers on how to reach the top while living on the edge of your comfort zone.
Brian Farley led the Dutch baseball team to victory in the 2011 Baseball World Cup. It was the first time a European team ever took the title. It seemed like an impossible feat. The success of the team was a direct result of Farley’s chosen strategy. He focused on getting his players to exit their comfort zone by positively influencing the perceptions of his players. Negative perceptions were challenged and rebuilt into positive perceptions. Norms that restricted growth were replaced with those that stimulated growth. Can we Stay in the Flow like a Pro?

The lessons that you learn on the sport field are also lessons about life.  Sport is symbolic for success and failure.
