About The Program

We all hide from our voices at some point during our human lifetime.

Sometimes it feels easier to stay quiet than to stand up for ourselves in the face of something or someone we’ve been taught to never cross. But does it serve or empower us to be the person we want to be?

It doesn’t. It’s crucial that we recognize how avoiding using our voices, even for the most justifiable reasons, holds us back. Practicing our own awareness takes us far on our healing path.
