Our guest speaker Hannah Rodgers from Stonegate Legal qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has over 12 years’ experience in private client legal services specialising in complex contentious and non contentious Court of Protection matters and care funding disputes. Hannah has a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious private client work including Statutory Will applications, s18 MCA prospective and retrospective gifting applications, Trust Advice, Estate Administration and Independent Administrator applications, Inheritance Tax Planning and Wills and Estate Planning.
In December 2018, Hannah secured accreditation as mediator with Regent’s University School of Psychotherapy & Psychology. She is regularly instructed to act in matters arising from intractable family disputes and financial abuse.
