Vacatia Offers Free Renovation Funding

Yes, you read that right.  Vacatia pays for your resort’s renovation.  What’s the catch?  Vacatia CEO and co-founder, Caroline Shin, and Head of Vacatia Partner Services, Michelle DuChamp, says there isn’t one.  They forecast how much more the HOA and Vacatia will earn after renovations – from higher owner retention, rental rates and sales conversion.  Vacatia will then pre-fund their future earnings to fund the repairs at your resort.
