Incorporating insights from more than two dozen leaders in the sector – Board Chairs, Board members and CEOs – the webinar will present the report’s findings in thought-provoking and practical terms. This diverse group of Canadians shared with the report’s authors some of the challenges they have experienced, as well as their advice for making diversity work – through a deliberate strategy of inclusion.
