The Experience of Grief
There are many forms and causes of grief. During COVID-19, all individuals are experiencing the loss of routines, social connectedness, and a sense of “normal”. In addition, some are also grieving the loss of loved ones to the virus. In this training, attendees will review the stages of grief and discuss how they apply to the current pandemic. The presenter will also provide some ideas for coping with and managing a range of grief experiences related to COVID-19.
