Combating Loneliness & Living Alone while Social Distancing
The experience of loneliness is a daily struggle for many during COVID-19, particularly those who live alone or without much support. This webinar will discuss the impact of loneliness on physical health, mental health, and safety. The webinar will suggest ideas for combating and tolerating loneliness, as well as suggest ways to stay connected during this time of social distancing.
