About Dr Eileen Ball
Zoetis Global Commercial Development, Veterinary Medical Lead, Companion Animal Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine
I started my career in veterinary medicine in 2001 and spent the first 3 years in equine/camelid private practice with an emphasis on reproduction. From there I transitioned to small animal practice where I initially worked as an associate and as later a chief of staff in a 4 DVM practice. I joined Pfizer Animal Health in 2010 as a Companion Animal Area Veterinarian in the Pacific NW. In 2013, I made another career transition when I joined Zoetis’ Headquarters Team where I served as the medical lead for canine and feline vaccines as well as related diagnostic products. My strong interest in infectious diseases and preventive medicine led me to pursue my Masters in Public Health. In 2018 I made yet another transition, within Zoetis, when I joined the Global Commercial Development Team. My current responsibilities include worldwide responsibility for vaccines and related preventive treatments as well as the Internal Medicine franchise and Anti-Infectives. I currently reside in New York City with my husband, three sons and my dogs.
