Dr. Isabel Ramos

​​​​​​​Dr. Isabel Ramos is co-founder and CSO of Ayuna · Less is Beauty, a cosmetic eco-luxury brand launched in 2017, where she has specialized in clean and greentechnologies and science.

She has a 23 years’ experience in the dermo-cosmetic industry as Technical and R+D+I Director, in companies of professional, retail-prestige, dermopharmaceutical and active ingredients and as consultant for the whole cosmetics chain value.
Since 2009 she has been Scientific Affairs Responsible and board member at the Spanish Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SEQC).

Her educational background is Organic Chemistry (BSc and PhD) at the University of Barcelona, performing the research work at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), and with stays as undergraduate student at the London University
and as predoctoral fellowship researcher at the Leiden/Amsterdam Centre for Drug Research. She holds Masters in Management and Leadership in Science and
Innovation (Pompeu Fabra University) and Cosmetology and Dermo-cosmetics (University of Barcelona).

Perry Romanowski

Perry has been formulating cosmetic products and inventing solutions to solve consumer problems since the early 1990’s. Additionally, he has written and edited numerous articles and books, taught continuing education classes for industry scientists, and developed successful websites. His most recent book, Beginning Cosmetic Chemistry 3rd Edition, is available for free to IFSCC Members at IFSCC.org in the Learning Center (in the Publications section); registration required.​​​​​​​
