Caroline leads the Private Client Disputes team and advises executors, trustees, beneficiaries and professionals on their duties, obligations and rights with regards to Wills and Trusts. In 2019 she was nominated for Lawyer of the Year/ Partner at the City Wealth Future Leaders Awards. Caroline is also a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
 
Katie is part of the Inheritance, Trust and Probate Dispute Resolution team, her practice incorporates both contentious and non-contentious work, with a particular focus on matters where this intersects. She completed her Training Contract with the firm and qualified into the Private Client team in 2016. She too is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
